We’ve used AR’s services for multiple business locations for patching areas with cracking and potholes. Their method is to restore sections, which avoids repetitive repairs to the same spot. We’ll use AR for our future asphalt surface repairs. We gave only 4 stars, because we liked the concept of recycling the asphalt that is on site, which has been upgraded to using new asphalt. Part of our driveway closest to the garage was sinking and was in need of repair. Asphalt Restoration came out and replaced eight feet of the driveway up to the garage. After I called Dan came out and checked out our driveway. Within three days we had a written estimate for the work. I called the office to set up a time for the work to be done. Dan then gave me a call and estimated the work would be done the week of June 20th. On June 17th Dan again called and confirmed they would be out on the afternoon of the 20th. The weather did not cooperate for the work to be accomplished on the 20th but Dan called early in the day and explained and said they would be out the next day. By the time arrived home from work on the 21st our driveway was repaired. Fantastic work!

Dan came within a week to see the damage so that he could work up a proposal. He described in detail how the repair would be accomplished and said that widening the hole indicated more extensive damage, the minimum price would be likely to cover the additional work. Dan also said that since the weather was still cold, he would not schedule the work to be done before mid-April. Dan’s two man crew came to repair the driveway on the date advised after two unavoidable rain-outs. They widened the hole and tamped down the stone base. They filled the hole with new asphalt and leveled the patch. Since I was minimum price they asked if I wanted them to extend their work to the dimensions of their the machine which heated the asphalt for removal. I asked them to do that since I wanted to make sure that the small hole was not indicative of more widespread damage to the stone base. The crew then did the work on the larger area, found no additional damage, and completely restored the driveway. The work was done carefully. When finished the driveway looked as good as new, and the crew did a full clean-up before departing. While I would certainly like to avoid any further damage to the driveway, I would use this company’s services again without hesitation.

Dan has had his crew do various sections of our large driveway each of several recent years and the results have been consistently outstanding. His crew works most professionally with full cleanup. The two man crew that did the repair job were excellent. The crew supervisor is an “Artist with Asphalt” Before the repair I had standing water on my driveway now the rain just runs off. This past week I used Asphalt Restoration to fix a 27′ x 6′ section of my driveway closest to my garage. The existing driveway settled 5+ inches creating quite a speed bump on the entrance to the garage. After calling four different asphalt companies, I decided to go with AR. Their rates were better than everyone else’s along with their overall professionalism and speed of service. Their repair method was unique in the sense that instead of digging out the damaged area and starting from scratch, they remove the surface and building it back up with new asphalt similar to road resurfacing. I was extremely happy with my decision to use this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to repair a driveway.

So happy with the results. We had sinking blacktop close to our home causing rain water to flow towards our home. They raised the blacktop…excellent job…Thank you. A couple days later we had 3 inches of rain overnight. No issues in our basement!!

I had some questions about their business and estimates. Dan was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient.

Your crew recently repaired and patched several areas of my 5-car driveway, and I couldn’t be happier. The 3-man crew was polite, pleasant and careful. Part of the job included creating “curbs” around window wells, to keep rain water from sliding down into the basement area. The finished work was perfectly sculpted and even around each well. One of the men found that part of the driveway wasn’t angled away from the building and, on his own, built up a high area, so the rain would move away from the wall and foundation. Their edging next to the lawn area, was precise. They cleaned up around their work and left the area in very good shape. I doubt that any other company would be as talented and professional.

Had a parking lot done this afternoon and “outstanding” would be an easy way of writing this review. I originally did research as to how to have my parking lot repaired and decided I would give infrared repair a shot. The guys did a beautiful job, all while you can tell they were willing to give it their all to do it from what I can tell, a great job. Really hard working crew!
